Mrs. Jane Steals, 6th Grade Class

On the back my grandmother has the names written down single file. I am assuming she wrote them down starting at the top left as her name is the 2nd name written and she is the 2nd from the top left. She has teacher written on the front with an arrow drawn. She puts the teachers name at the top of the picture and skips her in the list of names. Since this is 6th grade and my grandmother was born in 1908, I am assuming this picture dates to circa 1920.  

On the back: "6th grade Mrs. Jane Steal, Maggie Obrian, Stella Werts, Dorothy Hoy, Elisie Thompson, Dallie (?) Spicer, Pluma Obrian, Lois Gardner, Vera Gardner, Loyd Crain, Joe Buck, Ray Thompson, Ralph Brown, George Howell, Clarence Halton.

Taken on the front steps of the old school house at Elmer Oklahoma Jackson County."
