Graveside services for Rev. Dwayne E. ANDERSON, 61, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, with the Rev. Ray Rush officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. He was born on Feb. 11, 1943, in Pocola, to Amos ANDERSON and Johnnie Ella (CAGLE) ANDERSON. He died on Friday, March 26, 2004, in Muldrow. He married Peggy Ann SIZEMORE on Dec. 18, 1972, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Peggy Ann ANDERSON of the home; two daughters, Julie and Jennifer; three sons, Robert, Troy and Tom; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Marlene and Ruby; one brother, Gene; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Bobby G. CRAMP, 73, of Gore, are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gore United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Mark Howard, Troy Clinesmith and Charlene West officiating. Burial is in Gore Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Gore. He was born on July 17, 1930, in Porum, to Eugene CRAMP and Alma Theo (HORNER) CRAMP. He died on Sunday, March 28, 2004, in Sallisaw. He married Betty NORTH on April 22, 1951, in Muskogee. Survivors include his wife Betty CRAMP of the home; one daughter, Evelyn Kay; one son, Charles Alan; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, including Earl, Donnie and Patty and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Charles CRAMP.

Funeral services for Robert Dewayne FARMER, 57, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Victory Temple Pentecostal Church in Roland, with the Revs. Andy O'Neal and Charles Phillips officiating. Burial was in Northview Cemetery north of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. He was born on May 10, 1946, in Muldrow, to Sidney Eroy FARMER and Rosetta (EDARDS) FARMER. He died on Thursday, March 25, 2004, in Muldrow. He married Bertha Lea BARNES on June 19, 1965, in Shady Grove. Survivors include his wife, Bertha FARMER of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Brandon; one son and daughter-in-law, Eddie Dewayne and Paula Jane; three grandchildren; his mother; two sisters, Linda Faye and Barbara; two brothers, Sidney Jr. and Leroy; and several other relatives and friends, including his caretaker, Granny Nadine HARVELL.

HANSFORD, 59, of Fort Worth, Texas, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the City of Lubbock Cemetery in Texas, with Pastor Chris Collins officiating, under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home of Lubbock.  He was born on Dec. 12, 1944, in Lubbock. He died on Saturday, March 27, 2004, in Fort Worth. Allen Lawson and Tommy Young officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Stigler. He was born on Aug. 13, 1927, in Bartlesville, to Jess and Rosie (CORBELL) SHRUM. He died on Monday, March 29, 2004, in Porum. Survivors include his wife Verdia "Beatrice" SHRUM of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and her husband Charlie, and Karen and her husband Tim; one son, Tommie and his wife Joan; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four sisters, June, Bernice, Lorene and Cora; five brothers, Donald, Junior, Doyle, Jerry and Joe. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Ronnie Gene SHRUM; one sister, Nadine SHRUM; and two great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Hagan JONES.

Funeral services for Gage Alexander STRICKLIN, 4, of Fort Smith, Ark. are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bokoshe Baptist Church, with the Rev. Mary Sue Sprouse officiating. Burial is in Old Panther Cemetery in McCurtain, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. He was born on Dec. 15, 1999, in Fort Smith, to Kisha STRICKLIN and Joseph GRAHAM. He died on Sunday, March 28, 2004, in Roland. Gage is survived by his mother; his father; one brother, Dustin; maternal grandparents Floy TRAYLOR and Bill and Patricia McKINNEY; paternal grandfather, Michael GRAHAM; paternal grandmother, Diane SANGSTER; and several other relatives and friends, including Markus, who was like a father.

He died Tuesday, April 6, 2004, in Fort Smith. Funeral services for Tommy Nix MAPES, 74, of Wynnewood, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Wynnewood, with the Rev. Jerry Wells officiating. Burial was in Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, under the direction of De Arman Funeral Home of Wynnewood. He was born on March 8, 1930, to Harry and Bertha NIX MAPES. He died Tuesday, March 30, 2004, in Pauls Valley General Hospital. He married Nedra June HISAW on May 28, 1954, in Ada. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Nedra June MAPES; one daughter and son-in-law, Nedra June and her husband Drew; one son and daughter-in-law Jeffery Floyd and his wife Susan; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty and Mary Lou; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Paul, and seven nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Vera Mildred PERDUE, 82, of Spiro, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Mark Cowan officiating. Burial was in Brent Cemetery south of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Jan. 25, 1922, in Sallisaw, to William Olen BAILEY and Mae Beulah Methany BAILEY. She died on Wednesday, March 31, 2004, in Spiro. She married Willie Blue PERDUE on Nov. 21, 1945, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 1978. Survivors include three daughters, Irma, Ellen and Mary; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Goldie May PRATER, 83, of Gore were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Lakeroad Church of Christ in Gore, with Roy Raines officiating. Burial was held at 3 p.m. in Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. She was born on Sept. 10, 1920, in Guthrie, to John an Adnia (CROSS) BOSTWICK. She died on Wednesday, March 31, 2004, in St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa. Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy; four grandsons; five great-grandchildren; four brothers, Raymond, Louis, Johnny Lee and Dale; one sister, Irene. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jerry NICHOLSON; two husbands, Malcolm NICHOLSON and B.C. PRATER; two brothers, Oscar and Maurice BOSTWICK; and one sister, Grace ALLEN.

Burial was in Oakmont Memory Garden Cemetary in Concord, under the direction of Blackmer Funeral Home of Grangeville, Idaho. Born March 24, 1914, at Akins to Alfred Franklin and Bertha BARNES, she died on Monday, March 15, 2004, in Grangeville. She married John E. BOLDEN in March 1930. He preceded her in death in 1997. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Al and Cheryl; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Katie and Pluma; and one brother, Bob. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Sue HENRY; her parents; a sister, Louise SPEARS; and three brothers, Boyd, Bill and Beautine BARNES.

Clifford "Bud" HOPPER, 78, of Sallisaw, died Friday, April 2, 2004, in Sallisaw. Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Born Aug. 3, 1925, in Granite, to Grover Cleveland HOPPER and Della (GRADY) HOPPER. Mr. HOPPER married Elizabeth Leith HOPPER on Oct. 22, 1960, in Reno, Nev. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, of the home; three daughters, Bonnie Christina, Elizabeth Ellen, and Georganna; two sons, Groverand Buddy William; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one brother, Willis. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two brothers, and one grandson.

Graveside services for Bobby McCAIN, 62, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.  He died on Monday, April 5, 2004, in Fayetteville VA Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Ellen McCAIN of Sallisaw; one daughter, Chanda; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two step-daughters, Cheryl and Melanie; and two step-sons, Terry and John.

Born Jan. 15, 1946, in Wilburton to Bill BLEVINS and Mamie (BOSTER) BLEVINS, she died on Saturday, April 3, 2004, in Fort Smith, Ark.  Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe McGHEE, of the home; one daughter, and son-in-law, Cheryl and David; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Joe and Jonathan and Tanya; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Marvin and Jimmie BLEVINS; and one sister, Mary KENNEDY.

Born Dec. 5, 1926, in Heavener, to Ed and Ada ROBISON, he died Friday, April 2, 2004 at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Ark.Survivors include his wife, Madge ROBISON, of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Paul; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law, Twalla. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, George ROBISON.

Born March 20, 1917, in Porum to William Burcham STANDIFIRD and Emma (BARKER) STANDIFIRD, she died on Sunday, April 4, 2004, at her home. Survivors include three sisters, Ethel, Kate, and Ann; 13 nephews; and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jim, John and Charlie STANDIFIRD; and two sisters, Beatrice and Leona STANDIFIRD.

STEWART, 71, of Gillman City, Mo., formerly of Vian, were held at 2 p.m. April 2, at the Masonic Cemetery in Gilman, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Homes Inc., in Bethany, Mo. Born Dec. 22, 1932, in Williamsport, Penn., to R. Jack STEWART and Meriam Eva FLOREY, he died Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at a Bethany hospital. Mr. STEWART married Marguerite Eleanor DOWNEY in Williamsport on June 17, 1955. Survivors include his wife, Marguerite STEWART, of the home; two daughters, Diane Marie, and Jennifer Ann; five sons, Daniel Lee, Stephen Allen, Richard Michael,Dennis James, and William Edward; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Stephen James STEWART.

Survivors include his wife, Mary, of the home; three daughters, Tammy, Grace and Betty; one son, Jimmy Dean; two grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Mae; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He died on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in Sallisaw. He married Rhonda Carol Webb in Las Vegas. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Rhonda Carol KILLIAN of the home; one daughter, Kimberley; three sons, Robin M. Jr., Stephen and Dustin; 14 grandchildren; one step-daughter, Tiffani; two step-sons, Douglas and Shawn; one sister, Dawn; two brothers, Harry Jr. of Shady and Douglas.

She died on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in a Tulsa hospital. Ms. DYE was of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include her companion, Wilbert; two daughters, Alicia and Brittany; three sons, Wilbert, Anthony and Brandon; her father, Roy Don DYE Sr.; paternal grandmother, Ethel DYE; maternal grandmother, Clara NESTER; four sisters, Rhonda, Barbara, Angela and Sandra; two brothers, Roy Don Jr. and Larry; and her step-father, Larry GREEN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joann NESTER.

Graveside services for Bryan Lee FAULKNER, 37, of Frisco, Colo., formerly of Memphis, Tenn., was held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Sallisaw City Cemetery, with Dr. Darrell Yeager and the Rev. Steve Rutherford officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. A memorial service is being held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at The Church on the River, 292 W. Virginia Ave., Memphis. He was born on Dec. 11, 1966, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Dr. Fred B. FAULKNER and Betty J. (WALLACE) FAULKNER. He died on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in Frisco. Survivors include one daughter, Eden Ann; his mother; one brother, Dr. F. Brad; his grandmother, Janice FAULKNER POINTER; and several cousins and two uncles. He was preceded in death by his father; grandfather, Melvin FAULKNER and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.L. WALLACE.

Funeral services for Ben "Mac" GARVIN, 84, of Broken Arrow, are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Akins Baptist Church northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Jim Henson officiating. Burial is in Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born on July 11, 1919, in Sequoyah County, to Ed GARVIN and Jessie (AMOS) GARVIN. He died Tuesday, April 13, 2004, in Tulsa. He married Josephine CONRAD on July 8, 1941. She preceded him in death in March 2000. Survivors include two sons, Don F. and Bill; two grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene and Anne; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Geneva MILLER.

Funeral services for D'Wayne "Bub" HATFIELD, 32, of Roland, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the Cottonwood Freewill Baptist Church south of Muldrow, with burial in Roland Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born on June 15, 1971, in Harper, Kan. to Henry Dee HATFIELD and Helen Catherine MOORE. He died on Sunday, April 11, 2004, in Dallas. He married Nita LeChel SHARP on Aug. 8, 1991, in Muldrow. Survivors include his wife, Nita LeChel HATFIELD of the home; his mother, Helen Catherine FIELD; one brother, D'Wade;nine nieces and nephews; and several other relatives and friends, including Easybell, Annybell, TyKnee, Bebee, Summer, Shyboy, Pepper and Littlegirl. He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, Ruth and Byron CHILDS.

Shields Blvd., Oklahoma City, under the direction of Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville, Ga. She was born on April 15, 1919, to Gene and Cynthia McEver. She died on Monday, April 12, 2004, in Vian. She married Paul Earnest JAMES on Oct. 25, 1947, in Spiro. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1994. Survivors include six daughters, Arminda, Shirley, Elzora, Barbara, Julie,and Betty; three sons, Charles, Thomas and Jesse; 24 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Louise; and two brothers, George Thomas and William E.

Loycie MURRAY, 90, of Sallisaw, died Monday, April 12, 2004, in Sallisaw. She was born on Dec. 26, 1913, in Panama, to Little Jim Anderson. Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include one daughter, Joyce; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul MURRAY.

Funeral services for Shelba NELSON, 64, of Fort Smith, Ark., will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith, with burial in Lees Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith. She died on Sunday, April 11, 2004, in Fort Smith. Mrs. NELSON was of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include two sons, Darrin NELSON of Fort Smith and Glen NELSON of Mulberry, Ark.; four grandchildren; one sister, Carolyn McKINNEY of Fort Smith; one brother, Dennis McKINNEY of Fort Smith; and one niece, Tara McKINNEY. She was preceded in death by one son, Donald NELSON.

Funeral services for Sonya J. WHITE, 72, of Tulsa, formerly of Gore, are being held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, at Millsap Funeral Chapel in Webbers Falls, with the Rev. William O. Armstrong officiating. Burial is in Fort Gibson National Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. The family recalls her as being a loving person and a strong believer. Survivors include six children, Jerry, James, Robert and Charles of Tulsa, Rose Mary of Denver, Colo. and Joyce of Hugo; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton WHITE; three children; her parents; and one brother.

Burial was in U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. MARTIN was born July 19, 1929, in Greenwood, Ark., to Lindsy Melvin MARTIN and Thula B. (HARTSFIELD) MARTIN. He died Tuesday, April 13, 2004, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Barbara Lee MITCHELL on July 22, 1955, in Greenwood, Ark. She preceded him in death on Oct. 27, 2000. Survivors include four sons, Tony, Wayne, Wade and Roger; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; three sisters, Lavern, Jane and Anna; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents; one son, Bryan MARTIN and one brother, Charles MARTIN.

Burial is in Akins Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. Allen was born Dec. 20, 1913, in Success, Mo., to Judson W. ROUSE and Emma (GARRETT) ROUSE. She died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, in Topeka, Kan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jackson ALLEN. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Maxine, Doris Jean and Wilburta; four sons, Robert Max, Glen, Thomas and Carroll; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth; and numerous nephews.

Graveside services for Wayburn ALLEN, 77, of Liberty community, are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Upper Camp Creek Cemetery northeast of Muldrow, with the Revs. Carl Williams and Bobby Bryant officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland. He was born on April 10, 1927, in Sequoyah County, to John ALLEN and Fairy (CALCOTE) ALLEN. He married Magline S. ALLEN on Oct. 22, 1956, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife of the home; two daughters, Carolyn, and Rita; three sons, J.W., Leroy and Donald Gene; five sisters, Regina, Ozavay, Camilla, Murilene and Vonda; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mr. ALLEN was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Alan Dale ALLEN; one granddaughter, Brandy GANTT; two brothers, Ronald Dean ALLEN and Brondon ALLEN; and one sister, Audrey SPEAR.

Funeral services for Katherine Stephens BOYD, 94, of Tulsa, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 1 p.m. on April 21 at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Leon Farley officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Aug. 30, 1909, in Sequoyah County, to Oscar Lewis STEPHENS and Mattie STEWART STEPHENS. She died on Monday, April 19, 2004. She married William Harold BOYD on April 17, 1938, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on Aug. 2, 1989. Survivors include one sister, Maxine; three brothers, Herman, J.D. and Sterling; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one son, Dr. John ORBIN on Feb. 8, 1964.

He preceded her in death on Feb. 25, 2000. She died on April 15, 2004, in Greenwood. Hazel COBLE, 90, of Spokane, Wash., formerly of Sallisaw, died on Tuesday, April 13, 2004, in Spokane. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Sallisaw. She was born on Oct. 4, 1913, in Sallisaw, to John and May COBLE. Survivors include one sister, Mary; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Wesley, Poncy and Raymond.
