 CASE NUMBER NO. 579

 In the Matter of the Approval of the Deed to inherited full blood lands made by NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW, joined by her husband, JESSE WALLACE, as the daughter and sole heir at law of PAYSON LUDLOW, her deceased father.

 ORDER APPROVING DEED.

 Now on this 10th day of November A. D. 1913, this cause coming on for hearing upon the petition of NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW praying for the approval of her warranty deed joined by her husband JESSE WALLACE, conveying the hereinafter described lands to J. B. HARPER of Talihina, Oklahoma on said 10th day of November A. D. 1913, as the daughter and heir at law of said PAYSON LUDLOW, deceased, to-wit: all right title and interest of said NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW in and to the following described lands and real estate, situated in the Counties of Love and Stephens, within the State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

 The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) and the South Half of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty One (31) and the West Half of Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Seven (7) South, Range Two (2) East same being located in Love County, State of Oklahoma, and also;

 The Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter and the North Half of Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10) and the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Two (2) North, Range Seven (7) West, same being located in Stephen County, State of Oklahoma; and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined said petition, finds:

That said PAYSON LUDLOW, deceased, died on or about the 22nd day of August A. D. 1913, and that he was at the time of his death, a resident of what is now Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma; that he died seized and possessed of an allotment of lands described above herein; that he left surviving him his daughter NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW, as his sole and only heir at law, and who is a full blood Choctaw Indian by blood and enrolled opposite Roll No. 6983 and that she inherited said land above described from her said deceased father PAYSON LUDLOW.

 The Court further finds that NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW, joined with her husband JESSE WALLACE, sold all of her right, title and interest, in and to the above described real estate to J. B. HARPER of Talihina, for the sum of $2,000.00 and on the 10th day of November A. D. 1913, executed her warranty deed therefore; that said deed is now brought into Court; that the purchase money has been paid in full in cash; that said sum of $2,000.00 is a fair and adequate price for said lands described as follows, to-wit:

 The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) and the South Half of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty One (31) and the West Half of Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Seven (7) South, Range Two (2) East same being located in Love County, State of Oklahoma, and also;

 The Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter and the North Half of Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10) and the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Two (2) North, Range Seven (7) West, same being located in Stephen County, State of Oklahoma;

And that said deed is in proper form and that said NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW is satisfied in every particular with the sale of said land and the price paid therefore, and that said deed should therefore be in all things confirmed and approved.

 IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT, ordered adjudged and decreed that said deed so executed by said NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW joined by her husband JESSE WALLACE, on the 10th day of November A. D. 1913, conveying to the said J. B. HARPER, for the consideration of $2,000.00, all the right, title and interest and claim of said NICEY WALLACE nee LUDLOW in and to the said above described lands same being located in Love and Stephen Counties, State of Oklahoma, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed and approved.
