IN COUNTY COURT.

 CASE NUMBER NO. 606.

 In the Matter of the Estate of ISHAM NELSON (A-4929), Deceased.

 ORDER APPROVING DEED.

 Now on this day there coming on for nearing in open Court the petition of SALLIE NAIL, nee PICKENS, joined by her husband SIMEON NAIL, praying for an order approving her deed of conveyance to W. R. SPARKS, his heirs and assigns conveying certain lands hereinafter described, inherited by her from ISHAM NELSON, deceased; and said petitioners appearing in person and by attorney; and the Court having examined and considered said deed and petition and having heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises finds the facts to be as in said petition set out, to-wit:

 That petitioner is a citizen by blood of the Choctaw Nation and enrolled opposite No. 4708, as of the full blood;

 That the above named decedent ISHAM NELSON was a citizen by blood of the Choctaw Nation enrolled opposite No. 4929, as of the full blood;

 That on or about the 1st day of July A. D. 1903 the said ISHAM NELSON departed this life intestate at his home near Finley in that part of the Central District of the Indian Territory now embraced within the boundaries of Pushmataha County in the State of Oklahoma; that on the 10th day of December A. D. 1904 Letters of Administration upon the estate of said ISHAM NELSON, deceased, were issued out of the United States Court for the Central District of the Indian Territory (Antlers Division) to STEWICK EMER; that upon the organization of Pushmataha County in the State of Oklahoma this Court acquired jurisdiction of said cause and this court now has jurisdiction of the settlement of the estate of said ISHAM NELSON, deceased;

 That said ISHAM NELSON died seized of the following described lands, situate in Jefferson and Pushmataha Counties, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

 The NW quarter of the NW quarter and the N. half of the SW quarter of the NW quarter; and the SW quarter of the SW quarter of the NW quarter of Section 17, in Township 6 South, Range 5 West; also the W. half of the SE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 22 in Township 6 South, Range 6 West situate in Jefferson County, Oklahoma, being the surplus allotment on said ISHAM NELSON, deceased;

 Also the NE quarter of the SW quarter and N. half of the SE quarter of Section 24, in Township 2 South, Range 17 East, situate in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, being the Homestead Allotment on said ISHAM NELSON, deceased;

 That said ISHAM NELSON left him surviving as his sole heirs at as the following named persons, and none other, to-wit: SELINA BALDWIN, DANIEL MILLER, CHARLICO EMER, ESLIN NELSON, SOLOMON NELSON, ELLEN NOAH nee PICKENS, FRANCES NOAH nee PICKENS, JOHNSON PICKENS and SALLIE NAIL nee PICKENS; and that upon the death of said ISHAM NELSON said above described lands descended in fee to his heirs at law hereinabove named;

 That on the 29th day of January A. D. 1914 in the town of Antlers in said County and State said petitioner sold and conveyed her interest in and to said above described lands to W. R. SPARKS, his heirs and assigns, for the price and sum of $50.00; a copy of which deed of conveyance is attached to the petition and now on file in this cause; that petitioner has testified that she believes said consideration to be reasonable and adequate and the fair value of her interest in said lands; that petitioner has testified that she is wholly satisfied with said transaction and has been paid in full the consideration agreed upon and named in said deed; and said petitioner has prayed the Court and testified she now desires the Court to approve her deed of conveyance; and it appearing to the Court that it is proper and for the best interests of all concerned to approve said deed and consummate said sale;

 Now therefore, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the said Deed of Conveyance from the said above named petitioner to the said W. R. SPARKS, his heirs and assigns, conveying the lands herein described, being the entire allotment of the said ISHAM NELSON, deceased, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed and in all things declared legal, valid and binding.

Dated this 31st day of January A. D. 1914.
