Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the writ of execution issued out of
this office of the Court Clerk of Seminole County, Oklahoma, on the 24th day of
February, 1923 in an action wherein Oil Well Supply Company, a corporation, was
plaintiff, and Wewoka Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, Central Oil and
Development Company, a corporation, W.W. LARMUR, E.E. JAYNE, S.W. LANE, J.A. KING
and J.E. HOWARD were defendents, commanding me to levy upon property of said
defendents sufficient to satisfy a judgment rendered in the above styled cause in
favor of said plaintiff and again said defendants, on the 4th day of May, 1916, in
the sum of $7650.34, and attorneys' fees in the sum of $600, and costs of said
action, and whereas there has been paid upon said judgement the sum of $2655.50,
leaving a balance due upon said judgment of $8628.11, with interest on $8553.11
of said amount from February 24, 1923, until paid, at the rate of 8 per cent per
annum, excepting $600.00 attorneys' fee therein, which only bears interest from
said date at the rate of 6 per center per annum:
I have levied upon certain lands and tenements belong to the said defendant, S.W.
LANE, for want of good and chattels of all of said defendants, said lands being
described as follows:

which has been duly appraised at the sum of $9000.00; and the
